Monthly plans: If you have a monthly plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will be effective on the following renewal date.
Your sites will be still accessible during the remaining days of your subscription, but would not be accessible afterwards, and you won’t be charged further.

Annual plans: When you cancel your subscription during the 12 months following your purchase, you will be able to access the site until the end of the subscription period. If canceled, the subscription would not renew.

Refunds: No refunds are available for monthly subscriptions – you can cancel those at any time through your dashboard. Annual subscriptions can be refunded for up to 14 days from your initial payment.
